Château de Rouillac is a winery located in Canéjan. The estate offers a range of wines, including Château de Rouillac Pessac-Léognan rouge 2015. The château's owner, Laurent Cisneros, has an interesting history. After considering a career as a footballer, he decided to join his father's heating company. After selling that business, he decided to go into viticulture, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, a winemaker in Spain. In 2010, Laurent and his family moved into Château de Rouillac, restoring the chartreuse's family atmosphere. The estate boasts a magnificent chartreuse built by Baron Haussmann, as well as exceptional terroir and potential. Visitors can discover the history of the château and taste the wines on offer.
