An international franchise since 1993, Cigköftem is a fast Turkish and Vegandary food chain. Directly inspired by a recipe for traditional Turkish vegetarian cooking, çigköftem eat cold. These types of boulettes, which are boulghour and add 18 kinds of spices, are offered in boxes of different sizes, with sour sour sauce, fresh spices, lemon and salad. A tangy version is also served for the attention of smaller ones. We also have a yufka or a burger sandwich. Those who prefer hot eating will choose Içli köfte, oblong stuffed balls with potato or cheese. Attention to digestion which is not always easy for delicate or initiés stomachs. Even if the reception is nice and the central location in front of the station, we are not fans of this concept of quick restoration, in our view, moderately successful.
