By renaming the dependencies of the former Fernand Castle, the Swiss promoters of the project did not want to make any mystery of one of the main attractions of the site: The brand new terrace of 160 m 2, a real outdoor restaurant in the spring! We are here in the Univers universe, since the restaurant is housed in the old stables of one of the castles built at the beginning of the th by this important industrial family due to its economic success. At the foot of the terrace, the old park of the castle restored its class of yesteryear and the view over Dampierre and the country of Montbéliard. A walk in the time during which you can enjoy gourmet and refined cuisine. The chief and manager of Loïc Boyer, who is only 25 years old, wants to practice a "bistro" cuisine under the influence of its Provençal origins but also of Franche-Comté, from fresh market products. The card, renewed every month, offers a suggestion (midday in the week) as well as two menus with a triple choice of starters, dishes and desserts. On the terrace, it works all day for tea or a gourmet aperitif. Concerts are organised in the summer and it is possible to organize private receptions (weddings, events…). Finally, two rooms with a capacity of 15 to 20 people are designed to host seminars. You can also stay in one of the four comfortable suites offered by the Terrace team.
