A real collective know-how! The shop still offers butter, cream and a wide choice of other regional products (wines, sausages, honeys, jams...). To witness the transformation of raw milk into cheese, you must arrive in the morning as soon as it opens in order to surprise the traditional gestures of professionals in the production workshop.
