L'élevage des Barthes is a farm located in Camarsac, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region. Taking over the farm in 2017, Sacha Lacour-Arjeau, a passionate young farmer, aims to combine quality and animal welfare. The farm offers free-range poultry such as chickens, guinea fowl and capons, raised on the property. L'élevage des Barthes promotes the values of sustainable agriculture and favors short distribution channels to guarantee meat quality. Sacha Lacour-Arjeau is also keen to develop the local economy by offering quality products through short distribution channels.
