In December 2019, Fatima and Arthur began their reconversion in the world of agriculture. After years in trade, the two of them started growing "green gold" by creating the first Spirulina farm in the Bordeaux metropolis. This micro-algae, little known in France, is nevertheless very successful throughout the world. And for good reason, this very complete food has many benefits: it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Located on the market garden area of Labatut in Bruges, the farm is open for visits every afternoon, in order to make the public aware of spirulina, its cultivation and the various equipment required.
