The bay window and terrace of this restaurant overlook the small lake of Bruges. What a lovely view! The welcome is smiling and dynamic, the setting woody and warm, and the dishes cooked with fresh, seasonal produce. On the à la carte menu (which changes every 3 months), the recipes smell of sunshine and the South-West. Start your meal with the delicious bruschetta of cuttlefish, sweet chorizo and sunny vegetables. Continue with fricassee of octopus with Espelette chilli, Bigourdane ventrèche and crunchy vegetables in Thai vinaigrette, and finish on a high note with pets de nonne au chocolat coulant, sweet puffed doughnuts, a speciality of Aveyron! Le Cottage du Lac also offers jazz concert dinners every Friday evening (or Thursday evening in summer)! Friendly atmosphere guaranteed!

Restaurant agréable avec un service efficace, professionnel et rapide malgré le nombre que nous étions (37 pour fêter 2 anniversaires). Amuses bouches, plats et desserts faits maison, copieux, bien présentés et surtout excellents.
Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.
Le cadre est chaleureux avec une terrasse au bord du lac.
