Bistro with panoramic kitchen in Passenans serving classic culinary preparations of the region.

This bistro opens onto its zinc and its panoramic kitchen where the chef Johann Leclerc is busy behind his stove. Nothing escapes your curiosity, not even your nostrils which sniff out the smells. The room invites you to feel good in this old house that was remodeled in 2016. The culinary preparations are inspired by the classics of the region. But let yourself be seduced, for example, with the oxtail terrine with Landes duck foie gras, the pike quenelles with Nantua sauce or the langoustine ravioli with creamy broth.

Nous sommes allées dans ce restaurant grâce a l application the fork. La serveuse est très agréable. L endroit très sympa. Et les plats sont délicieux et copieux. Par contre le patron n est pas des plus agréable. Ne voulais pas qu on paye via l application. Je pense que la commission doit lui faire peur.
