Read moreChristelle and Gilles Wicky started their wine business in the heat wave of 2003. In search of aromas, the spirit of the land and the fruity taste, they immediately oriented their estate to organic farming. Their 4.50 hectares are certified since 2010. The wines, mainly white Côtes-du-Jura, contain no inputs, no filtration and little or no fining. The yields do not exceed 30 hl/ha. The juices remain in wood for 18 months for the chardonnay, and between 4 and 6 years for the voile wines. Ask to try "Le clos de Jerminy", it is the favourite of our 2 winegrowers.
