Fortunately, he was pardoned and many more fig trees were planted... In his pretty patisserie-confiserie, Frédéric Blanleil makes entremets and chocolates, but above all the famous Figue de Bourg, a delicious blend of marzipan, white chocolate, fig and fig alcohol.
