Bright, modern restaurant serving tasty, generous traditional cuisine and a Burg wine list.
Opening in spring 2022, this restaurant is one of the best in Bourg and the surrounding area. Romain Métais (founder of caterer My Terroir) and Stéphane Eclache have designed a bright, modern restaurant with a superb view of the Garonne River, opposite the Maison des Vins. They offer tasty and generous traditional cuisine (roast marrow bone, persillade sheep chops, floating island with pink pralines...), with a daily special, and Bourg wines, of course! In summer, the guinguette is set up below for lively evenings.

Très déçue par le menu de la St Valentin que l on m a imposé alors que le lors de la réservation sur internet il ne le proposait pas c est une sorte de vente forcée…. Service pas à la hauteur
