Hervé Poulet set up his artisanal cheese dairy in the old local dairy dating from 1830. His son Hubert took over the reins in 2011, thus being the4th generation. Here, the star is the morbier. Matured in the beautiful vaulted cellars of the chalet, it regularly wins awards at the Salon de l'Agriculture, even being the most awarded of the decade. You can also taste the Comté, the Biquette, the Raclette and the Tomme du Jura with its generous aromas. The walls have been joined by a shop selling local products. Another address in Lons-le-Saunier, at 39 rue du Commerce.

Nous avons acheté trois morceaux de 500g de Morbier. La gérante nous a garanti qu'il se conserverait 3 mois sous vide. Au bout de 15 jours, il était pourri, immangeable. Merci pour les conseils, ils sont aussi mauvais que votre fromage.
Nous avons envoyé un mail pour signaler ce désagrément. Aucune réponse, aucune excuse, rien. Ce qui nous démontre bien comment sont considérés les clients de passage.
Et aussi, le niveau de qualité recherché.
Clients de passage : Passez votre chemin. Il y a d'autres fruitières.

Excellent accueil, vendeuses très sympathiques et produits locaux excellents. Nous conseillons le passage dans ce joli village et cette fruitière au bord du belvédère.
