Frédérique Hoerner and Eric Ordonneau Architectures has been based in Bordeaux since 1998. The two architects work on both new-build and renovation projects: single-family homes, townhouses, multi-family housing, social housing, schools, municipal facilities, village halls, offices, shops, doctors' surgeries, etc. They offer a wide range of services, from sketches to acceptance of work: advice, drawing up plans, building permit applications, costing, consultation with contractors, work supervision, assistance with acceptance of work, etc. Their credo? To combine quality, time management and financial objectives, with the aim of achieving a unique, personalized, contextual project. Their Plateforme house in Biscarosse was selected as one of the "100 Buildings of the Year" by Le Moniteur Group's annual architecture magazine AMC. The same house also won the Vivons Bois 2010 Architecture Trophy in the single-family home category.
