Near Saint-Michel, a new bar was opened in the spring of 2019. At Les Marquises, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is subdued and lively. The decoration is not lacking in originality with its small felted armchairs and mottled decoration (like suits as lamps!). The team offers a nice choice of cocktails that go off the beaten track. To accompany the drinks, some tapas are à la carte, with, among others, melting octopus with Espelette chilli pepper, a smoked mitre tataki with vine shoots and a mousseline of feta and smoked peppers. Several times a month, DJ set nights or concerts are organised. Privatization possible.
