The quest for the best aromas to marry with the chocolates remains essential and innovation is a signature of the house. Of course, the pastries are just like the chocolates, some of which have a very visible signature, that of Le Chat Perché. A reference.

Maxime Maître has taken over this fine address in the heart of the old town. He has kept the identity that made its reputation. However, he intends to add his own personal touch, with a revitalization that is already palpable. The place is both a tea room and a wine bar. The shelves are as well stocked as ever with products, mostly local, which reinforce the delicatessen feel. But teas and coffees still have a special place. Not to be missed.

Christophe Voisin presents himself as an "independent and proud wine cellar". It presents its cellar as a lacquering for sophisticated amateurs already having a good knowledge of the world of wine. Nevertheless, he will not return the neophytes to which he will take the time to explain the flavors of this wine or the aromas of that wine. Passionate about old wines, the proposals are quite different from those of classical cavists, and we don't tire of letting ourselves count the history of these ancient bottles.

Mireille and Philippe Legrand have taken over the reins of this reference with the same professionalism; whether for private receptions, various groups or companies. Dol'agape can also organize an event from A to Z, with the concern of the desires of its customers, for decoration for example. Particular emphasis is placed on the freshness of the raw materials, such as raw vegetables and mixed salads. We notice the salads and the themed mâchons as well as the buffets (fresh, country, primeur, flavours, gourmet, Atlantic...). The pastries are all home-made. For the dishes, taste one day the pork souricette with thyme juice and the salmon with red wine from Arbois. Dol'agape also has a restaurant in the old Dole, Le Garibaldi, rue des Templiers. It can seat up to 80 people (by reservation only).

The rums are initially selected from among the very best. This first step is no mean feat, as it will determine the quality of the rhums arrangés that Julien Marquèze has been making for several years. His creations involve several hundred bottles, depending on his inspiration and, above all, the natural products of the moment which, when added, will give different aromas, just as with the punches. All year round, the products evolve and change, with interesting innovations that go off the beaten track..
