Repas délicieux, service impeccable.
Une vraie quête d'accords de saveurs et de finesse dans la présentation des plats.
Le chef est particulièrement communicatif et compose avec talent avec les demandes de ses clients. Le menu végétarien était particulièrement réussi et doit être mis en avant.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le carpaccio de Saint jacques ainsi que le poulet aux morilles. En fait, tout était excellent.
