Restaurant in Dole realizing an evolved card of the market and of season, great classics sometimes revisited.

This restaurant is located in the heart of the city and enjoys an excellent reputation, even more so since Romuald Fassenet took it over at the end of 2021. The framework is the same but with the touch of the "Célèbre Etoilé" who made it "his bistro". A new dynamic has been put in place, the menu evolves according to the market and the seasons, but we find the great classics of the former owner, sometimes revisited. Everything is gathered to spend an excellent moment in a warm setting where one feels particularly well with an impeccable service. A very nice continuity with a lot of "more" in addition...!

Je dirais sans mauvaise pensées l'arnaque a touristes , une climatisation inexistante malgré son fonctionnement, et l'insistance des clients pour l'augmenter. Pas le choix de boissons , pas le choix des repas très limités . Mon choix du titre l'arnaque a touristes car 115 euros pour trois personnes sans apéritifs sans desserts sans entrées c'est du vol , sur dole pour l'instant de tout ceux que nous avons fait c'est le pire ...
