Restaurant in Dole realizing an evolved card of the market and of season, great classics sometimes revisited.

This restaurant is located in the heart of the city and enjoys an excellent reputation, even more so since Romuald Fassenet took it over at the end of 2021. The framework is the same but with the touch of the "Célèbre Etoilé" who made it "his bistro". A new dynamic has been put in place, the menu evolves according to the market and the seasons, but we find the great classics of the former owner, sometimes revisited. Everything is gathered to spend an excellent moment in a warm setting where one feels particularly well with an impeccable service. A very nice continuity with a lot of "more" in addition...!

Très bonne adresse, le lieux est chaleureux et agréable, le service irréprochable, la sympathie et le professionnalisme des serveuses exceptionnel.
Côté cuisine, tout est parfait, un régal, nous ne sommes jamais déçus.

Très bon menu du jour , le poisson est très bien préparé et l'andouillette excellente. Dommage que hors du menu du jour la note est salée.

On a mangé dans ce restaurant des plats excellents dans une ambiance très chaleureuse. La serveuse était très agréable, elle a géré le service seule en salle avec une aide parfois d'une personne des cuisines. J'ai noté l'esprit d'équipe et son travail remarquable, quand elle a du venir à bout d'une salle pleine avec toujours un sourire et un mot gentil pour chacun. Je recommande cet établissement où le professionnalisme est vraiment de taille. Merci à vous!
