A remarkable panorama for this table perched on the Mont Roland and a kitchen that will also make you take the height.

In the region, we know this establishment which was run for years by Jean-Louis Bouvet. The institution is now in the hands of Franck Prillard, well known for having run the Strasbourg in Lons. He has skilfully combined the tradition of the house with his own identity. The welcome remains warm and the setting has not changed under the glass roof or on the terrace. The menu changes 4 times a year and follows the best offer in fresh products. Including the traditional dishes of the region. A new management that continues to honour the profession.

Dû annuler pour cause de covid positif, nous avons dû annuler notre réservation 72H avant notre arrivée. Patron absolument pas compréhensible qui n'a pas voulu rembourser la nuit ni la décaler à plus tard. Personne hautaine qui ne prend même pas le temps de vous répondre. Une mentalité à fuir!!

Très belle découverte. Cet établissement vaut le détour. Très bon accueil. Très bon rapport qualité.
Ne ratez pas le restaurant. Plats originaux et excellents

Nous connaissions déjà ce lieu et y avons de très bons souvenirs ! Nous venons d'y aller pour y passer le réveillon du jour de l'an repas avec soirée musicale ,nous avons passé un très bon moment repas délicieux et service parfait .
