This dairy has two stores in Clairvaux and Pont-de-Poitte. It collects milk from 13 farms within a 25 km radius. The montbéliardes and simmentals bequeath 5.2 million liters a year. Comtés (often awarded medals) come in a choice of mild, fruity and aged varieties. We also produce morbier, raclette and tomme. Sales outlets sell the other cheese specialties of the massif, as well as a range of other local delights. A warm welcome and expert advice are the hallmarks of our saleswomen, who are very knowledgeable about every delicacy, and an excellent Comté cheese.
