LES LACS DE CLAIRVAUX
The two lakes of Clairvaux differ by their size. They are part of the Jura cultural heritage. Interconnected by a watercourse, their turquoise waters offer a magnificent spectacle, both on the shores and height. Beautiful souvenir photos in perspective!
The little lake of Clairvaux is private. Discreet, it is surrounded by shady green spaces that hold ducks and hens. Frequented only by hikers following the Langard circuit (10 km), it supplies potable water to local municipalities. Camping, riverbank access and swimming are prohibited.
Only the large lake is accessible for bathing, monitored in July-August. A thread of three levels is installed at the end of the jetty. Not reaching significant depths, it quickly warm up in the beautiful season. Its gentle shoreline is ideal for access to the smaller waters. The beach of fine sand and the emergency station nearby attract the city's city and tourist.
