Just a stone's throw from Saint Jean-Baptiste Cathedral, the team at the Bazadais Tourist Office will provide you with all the practical and tourist information you need for your area, including Bazas of course, but also Captieux and Grignols, among others. It also handles ticket sales for the Marquèze ecomuseum (with preferential rates) and the apothecary of the Saint-Antoine hospital, as well as most shows taking place in the Bazadais region.

Toujours aller dans les offices du tourisme : on y rencontre du monde et on récolte des infos peu répandues, comme cette palombière à Cazats près de Bazas. On glane le numéro de Michel LAPORTE, un sacré bonhomme, qui nous invite gracieusement à visiter sa palombière, dont il est très fier. Il arrive en vélo à votre rencontre et là commence l'aventure : les enfants ont adoré les récits du propriétaire et nous aussi... Si vous y allez en octobre c'est la bonne saison !
