Restaurant and tearoom offering vitamin-packed seasonal dishes, mainly vegetarian, and delicious pastries in Bazas.
Alice Labriet arrived in the region from the Franc-Comté region following a transfer, and fell in love with Bazas, giving up her job as a French teacher to embark on the great adventure of the restaurant business. With the help of her basketball-playing partner, she opened her small restaurant in 2023, cooking up colorful, vitamin-packed seasonal dishes, mainly vegetarian (although the menu also offers a meat option). Also a tea room, El Gato de la Cocina welcomes gourmands in the afternoon with delicious cakes and pastries.
