Superb address in Bonlieu elaborating a cuisine inspired by the starred chef François Moureaux.

You understand its name as soon as you enter the room: a 17 m long 18th century fir beam runs through it! The atmosphere is perfect for those who appreciate country-style decor. But the cuisine offered by chef François Moureaux (Bocuse d'argent) favours elegance and authenticity of taste, nature being for him a tireless source of inspiration. The starred chef has a real gift for marrying flavours from starter to dessert, sublimating local products through his evocative menus, from "Saut Girard" to "Grand saut". A superb address not to be missed.

Excellent et agréable

Très bien accueilli avec possibilité de dîner dans le jardin ce qui était très bien avec les fortes chaleurs. Une service au top avec explications des plats. Un dressage d’assiette au top, une qualité de plats exceptionnelle. Des personnes qui sont au petits soins pour leurs clients.. Merci au chef étoilé …. Nous reviendrons!
