Here she grows a dozen plants including thyme, verbena and mint in organic farming. But it is a little further, in the Haut-Jura, that she enriches her range of raw materials by gathering wild cuckoo, fir or meadowsweet. Then comes the transformation into delicious syrups, jellies or even sorbets and ice creams, including the unforgettable hay ice cream!
