Yassine Amrouni created his micro-enterprise in 2014 to achieve his dream: to produce distinctive, naturally sparkling and balanced beers. An advocate of organic, his beverages are unfiltered, unpasteurized and all made from rigorously chosen ingredients. In his South Jura region, his production has successfully intensified. His recipes are made according to his favourite recipes. 4 variants are available (blonde, amber, white and brown), all certified AB by Ecocert. Des jeunes au top, énergiques et pleins d'idées (l'ail noir, un gros potentiel pour vous faire connaître, en plus de vos brassins de qualité), un lieu vintage sympa, des jeux, "comme dans le temps", des concerts,... j'aimerais habiter dans le coin pour y venir plus souvent (y revenir, déjà)! Ou si vous osez un déménagement en Savoie... ???????? En tout cas, pour un prochain road-trip, je ferai une halte à La Bistraille!
