Read moreStéphane Plank, a chef of training, turned to oenology, leading him to the role of sommelier in very large houses before opening this wine bar/shop of wine merchants. He knows how to share his knowledge of the wines (from Jura and elsewhere) and do not disdain to organize, from time to time, a festive event around oenology. It is good to have a drink and, why not, accompany it with cochonailles and other dishes served on slate!
