Here is the perfect place to start with all the franc flavours! The Institut franc-Comtois des Vins et du Goût offers various activities. Throughout the year it organises evenings and weekends tasting. During the evenings, six to seven wines are tasted in agreement with four to five dishes. A producer presented his craft and manufacturing methods, while a sommelier commented on the food and wine agreements. Novelty 2015: thematic evenings are organized outside the castle, Salins-les-Bains, the Planches or the Grotte cave. For example, on 12 June, discover the products of the Jura garden. The Institute has also put in place a new formula for the day: Revealing tastes. Discover local producers and winemakers.
