In the Jura, organic is king! This exhibition brings together the Jura winegrowers who have chosen organic farming and respect for the earth. Approximately 16% of Jura winegrowers are organic, which is double the national average. On the programme: tastings, sales, meetings... In a few figures, this fair, which has become a must in the ten years of its existence, is the meeting place for nearly fifty winegrowers, more than 15,000 visitors, and nearly 20,000 bottles are tasted and widely appreciated.
