Beautiful mansion in Arbois serving fresh and quality products, a cart of mature cheeses.

The Troussard family operates from a beautiful 19th-century manor house with an extension featuring a large, bright dining room and, in season, a very pleasant terrace. Chef Nadine uses only the freshest, highest-quality produce, transforming it according to her inspiration of the moment. Note the impressive cart of mature cheeses. Husband Claude and son Philippe take care of service with the utmost professionalism. Philippe, MOF in sommellerie, will advise you on your choice of wines. The cellar and wine list are outstanding.

Nous n’avons pas séjourné à l’hôtel mais y avons dîné. Cet établissement mérite très largement son référencement dans le guide Michelin. L’accueil a été parfait, le dîner inoubliable, les saveurs et les cuissons incroyables, la présentation des assiettes et le service digne d’une table étoilée, le sommelier MOF 2015 vient parachever ce moment exceptionnel. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de ce dîner et avons hâte d’y revenir très vite.

Accueil professionnel et sympa. Repas en terrasse , cadre très agréable. Menu 3 plats de qualité. Un bémol : le serveur insistant pour les boissons tout au long du repas. A peine installés, il nous propose déjà de prendre une bouteille de champagne !!!
