Beautiful mansion in Arbois serving fresh and quality products, a cart of mature cheeses.

The Troussard family operates from a beautiful ^19th-century manor house with an extension featuring a large, bright dining room and, in season, a very pleasant terrace. Chef Nadine uses only the freshest, highest-quality produce, transforming it according to her inspiration of the moment. Note the impressive cart of mature cheeses. Husband Claude and son Philippe take care of service with the utmost professionalism. Philippe, MOF in sommellerie, will advise you on your choice of wines. The cellar and wine list are outstanding.

Logis. Maître Restaurateur. Low season: open from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch (last service at 1:15 pm) and dinner (last service at 8:30 pm). High season: Tuesday to Sunday at noon (last service at 1:15pm) and in the evening (last service at 8:30pm). Reservation recommended. Menus from 59 € to 65 €. A la carte menu: about 75 €. Children's menu: 12 €. Lunch formula : 25 € (starter, main course, dessert). Wine by the glass. Meilleur Ouvrier de France : sommellerie. Distinguished table. Groups welcome. Baby chairs. Une cuisine raffiné,un personnel au petit soin...un chariot de fromage digne d un rêve cela change des 4morceaux que l on trouve en général...

Restaurant de grand niveau table d'exception
Chambre spacieuse seul hic évacuation difficile pour la douche est très peu de produit shampoing tout juste pour 1 personnes pour ke reste impeccable je recommande cette suite avec spa

The restaurant hosted by MOF sommelier M. Troussard is simply perfect. No fancy dishes, just genuine, local saveurs. And wow, what a pairing with its great collection of Jurassien wine！
