2-star bistro in Arbois serving sensitive seasonal cuisine with excellent desserts.

Welcome to the passionate world of Lisa and Jérôme, where nothing is left to chance, both on the plate and in the room! They met at Jean-Paul Jeunet's, the starred restaurant next door, and since 2019 they have taken over the premises behind a beautiful glass roof overlooking the Cuisance. The decoration resonates with the cuisine: elegant, fair and natural.

The products are well sourced and combine in a clever balance, from the appetizer to the dessert. The menu evolves with the seasons and the wine list favors biodynamic farming. Excellent value for money!
