Bistro with terrace offering home cooking with fresh quality products and a fish and meat menu

Le B comme Bistrot is in the hands of Anne-Sophie and Guillaume, and a cheerful, smiling team. And it's in a contemporary, warm and well-kept setting that you can enjoy a well-crafted cuisine where everything is homemade from fresh, quality produce (Label Rouge, Limousin meat from the Coste butcher's, etc.). The menu of suggestions should please our regulars and bring a host of new recipes. Vegetarian dishes will always be available. Outside, a large terrace has been laid out under the trees.

Une réservation de dernière minute qui s'est révélée être un véritable enchantement ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et avons apprécié le service rapide, tout en veillant à ne pas perturber l'apéritif des autres clients. La terrasse est tout simplement exceptionnelle, offrant une atmosphère unique en plein cœur d'Ares. Et la cuisine était un véritable délice. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience mémorable !
