In Lure, the cancoillotte, the pride of Franche-Comté, has its specialist. La Fromagerie, located in the shopping street of Lure, is a small shop that smells like craftsmanship. Rachel Rastaetter and her husband offer no less than six different specialities. Comté cheese (three different ripenings), Mont-d'Or and Emmental are also on the menu. It is also possible to enjoy discovery evenings (truffade, beaujolais, raclette...) or to book take-away trays (aperitif, fondue, raclette, charcuterie...). We highly recommend for a gourmet stopover!
