Seafood restaurant with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in Andernos-les-Bains.
At the small oyster port, the well-known seafood restaurant alongside the wooden huts of oyster. At Eliette, the family tradition of «eating good» is pursued in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The products are fresh and high quality, the choice is large but subject to the return of the fishery. The house has its own oyster parks, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful base of shellfish or seafood. The trays are generous, as are the preparations of the chef: poisson fish, soles, burbot pots, sprinkled oysters, red lobster and house specialty: oyster rillettes. At Eliette, the kitchen blends with the flavours of the basin. The design of the establishment is careful, white, blue, wood… with the cabin spirit of course!

Les plats sont copieux et bien préparés.
Et personnellement, je n'ai pas trouvé, ce petit restaurant, au demeurant bien placé près des cabanes à huîtres, d'aussi bonne qualité que les commentaires pouvaient le laisser penser.
La sangria blanche n'avait pas de saveur.
Le crabe farci à l'antillaise ne comportait pas beaucoup de crabe et n'était pas spécialement parfumé.
La marmite de lotte, bien que difficile à digérer, avait une note d'originalité et était intéressante.
Le personnel est cependant bien sympathique, mais, le sentiment général est quand même décevant.
