Chantal and Jean-Noël Pelette revive the cultivation of saffron, exclusively artisanal, with rigorous manual work that guarantees the purity and quality of saffron pistils. The area of safranière, which can be visited on open doors, is currently 500 m ². Harvesting, planting and weeding are carried out by hand, and no pesticides or herbicides are used. The operation produces pure saffron. Safran from Bordeaux is a member of the "Welcome to the Farm" network. An online shop will allow you to discover this saffron from Bordeaux even at the other end of France.
