If Fabien had gone to the end of his judicial studies, you would never have been able to taste his magnificent bread, made on the farm. We are completely in love with his buckwheat or wholemeal breads, which you can eat sliced for your toasts or breakfasts. They cost 6 to 8 euros per kg, but are very nourishing and keep very well. You can also find it on the markets of Tocane St Âpre (Monday morning) and Ribérac (Friday morning).
