For over 30 years, La Bélaudie has been perpetuating traditional know-how around duck and goose, with a strong commitment to traceability and quality. Their products, which regularly win awards at the Salon de l'Agriculture, include foies gras, rillettes, confits and other gourmet specialties, including their new canned jambonneau. In summer, enjoy guided tours followed by tastings on Thursdays and Fridays at 5:30pm. To find their delicacies, head for the Ribérac store or their stand at the Friday market!
