The Latournerie-Mazouaud family breeds goats to produce goat cheeses in the pure artisanal tradition: fresh, matured, flavoured (3 spices, garlic, pepper, chives), faisselles, cabécou, ashy pyramids, Terres Vieilles with pepper, and the speciality: Cabridou, a soft cheese. New: the cheese dairy also makes yoghurts. The house sells its production on the markets of Brantôme and Périgueux and on a point of sale at the farm.
