Welcome to this family and friendly campsite. It was created 40 years ago on an 18th century Perigord farmhouse. Although the farm buildings have since given way to 4 cottages, the farm is still in operation and specialises in walnut cultivation. Located on the banks of the Vézère River, you can go for canoeing or kayaking trips. The nearby hiking trails will allow you to discover the preserved nature with its magnificent forests. You are close to the Buddhist centres and 6 km from Les Eyzies, capital of prehistory. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.

Si l'on n'est pas trop attaché à la qualité de l'accueil, le camping est chouette. Calme, ombragé, au bord de l'eau, avec pas mal de départs de balades et des prix raisonnables (emplacement tente 15 euros).

Un camping comme on en voit plus ou peu aujourd'hui ! Pas de gros complexe avec piscine, juste des gens sympas, une rivière d'eau transparente, de l'ombre et du calme. Venue il y a 16 ans au moins, rien n'a bougé (plus d'arbres peut-être !) et c'est tant mieux.

the location is pleasant for the locations but beware the mobile home and facilities are rather old and rvs to hire are outright outdated. We leave at once.
