1 star restaurant in Tremolat preparing a menu of simple and creative dishes with major ingredients.
For 20 years, the chef Vincent Arnould, Best Worker in France in 2007, has been revisiting the Perigord region with finesse. This Michelin-starred restaurant is housed in a renovated former tobacco drying shed. On sunny days, the service is done in the shade of the lime trees, facing the garden. On the menu, dishes with simple titles hide a rare talent and creativity (sweetbreads with roasted apple, crayfish and lemon polenta, for example). A top of the range address!

Le seul bémol est la personne qui sert le vin, contrairement à la Tour des Vents, !
je ne l'appellerais pas : sommelier !.
Très " mou", pas souriant, obligé de lui faire signe et de lui demander de préciser la composition du vin ( on prend toujours accord mets / vins )
Quelqu'un de plus avenant serait parfait.
