Matisse Droz was born in the land of the green fairy, and it was only natural that she should take the plunge and set up her own distillery. Just a stone's throw from Le Saut du Doubs, the distillery bears her name. While absinthe is the flagship product, with subtle variations, there is also another product: gin. Just over a year into its existence, medals and distinctions are beginning to blossom on the distillery's walls... A must-see.
