Cuisine très fine et originale, pleine de créativité , par exemple un gaspacho tomate et pastèque , une truite aux petits légumes en nage vaporisée à l'absinthe. Présentation très esthétique.. Service très agréable.

La cuisine est excellente et mérite son étoile, mais le service manque de professionnalisme: pas de petite cuillère avec l’amuse-bouche, nous avons dû servir le vin nous-mêmes et le personnel courait dans tous les sens. Il y avait certes beaucoup de monde, mais cela ne justifie pas de courir pour apporter les plats.

Une très belle expérience gustative. Nous avons choisi le menu aux morilles : tout nous a enchanté, des entrées au dessert. On attend de tels restaurants d’être surpris : tel fut le cas. Un sans faute.
