Both producers of chillies and manufacturers of gourmet products, Christophe and Andréa work with the seasons. The boutique, overlooking the laboratory and the chili field, offers a fine range of homemade delicacies, complemented by a few local specialties. On the menu: over 20 varieties of mustards, homemade pastes, cookies and chilli sauces, as well as new creations such as honeys and chilli teas, not forgetting aperitif cookies.

Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 7pm. Closed in January. Open on Sundays (July and August only).
Owner's Message
Producers and sellers of regional gourmet products, we create our recipes with care and attention to detail in Thonac, Périgord.
Discover our small boutique overlooking the laboratory, offering homemade products made with love, as well as our field of Périgord chillies.
You'll be able to watch us work and make products derived from the chillies we grow, as well as artisanal mustard and a wide range of other delicacies.
We offer more than 20 types of mustard, a dozen or so products based on our Piment du Périgord chilli pepper, homemade pasta and delicious cookies and cakes.
If you're looking to treat yourself or someone else, and at the same time want to consume locally, you've come to the right place!
Come and fill up on our delicacies and talk to us about our way of working and our values, because what gives meaning to our business is being able to talk about it with our customers.
