Converting a former service station into a boxing club is the challenge taken up by Céline, a boxing instructor with a BPJEPS diploma, who moved to the region with her partner Yannick, a Krav-maga enthusiast. The program includes private boxing lessons adapted to all levels, as well as muscle strengthening and strength training, again totally adapted to the level and expectations of each student. Céline teaches on an individual basis, without ever pushing her students. Group classes are offered at the Montignac Boxing Club on Wednesday evenings.
