Le 26 décembre 2021, j'ai effectué une commande de 194 euros. J'ai demandé une livraison de colis à remettre contre signature.
Le 26 janvier 2022, j'ai reçu des notifications comme quoi j'ai été livrée ce 26 janvier. Mais je n'ai absolument rien reçu.
J'ai donc contacté le vendeur. Il n'a réalisé aucune enquête auprès du transporteur, n'a rien fait pour essayer de retrouver mon colis. Sa seule explication a été "Il faut se renseigner à la Poste il doit être en attente."
194 euros de perdus et service après vente déplorable !!!
