Restaurant offering a unique menu on the banks of the Doubs.
Under the Pont de la République, a rustic and authentic house welcomes this restaurant. In a chic, well-appointed setting, a unique menu is offered. Like, on the day we visited, roasted sweet potatoes with feta mousse, peanuts and tarragon cream. Next, ham confit and spelt stew with red cabbage jam and smoked yoghurt. And finally, a white chocolate and praline millefeuille with pineapple compote. Inventive and delicious! A superb table.

Cuisine excellente et innovante.
Endroit magnifique accueil très sympa, cuisine avec de bon produit, simple mais bien travaillé, on voit qu'en cuisine il y a quelqu'un qui se donne de la peine pour faire quelque chose de bon, avec de bons produits de saison.
