Place where the Meynard family grows non-GMO corn to feed the geese that roam the seven hectares

The Meynard family has been raising geese in the Périgord for three generations. GMO-free corn is grown to feed the geese, which roam seven grassy hectares planted with walnut trees. Pork and truffles are bought from the surrounding area to make the delicious dishes prepared here.
