Originally a butcher and charcutier, this professional has expanded his activities to include catering. He can organize your buffet or meal, with tailor-made menus featuring Comtois specialties or original dishes such as quail marble with foie gras. Everything is prepared exquisitely and expertly, according to the purest rules of the art of the table. Takeaway sales are also on the menu.

FERME D'ESPARNOL

La Ferme d'Esparnol is a farm located in Montfaucon, offering products from duck and pig farming. For 30 years, they have raised their ducks in the open air on grassed runs and force-fed them whole grain corn. The farm has an online store where you can buy fresh Porc Noir meat, such as blocks of duck foie gras, pâtés with duck liver pieces, and more. All their products are cooked according to traditional recipes, without additives or preservatives. The farm also invites visitors to discover their trades, products and terroir during a tour.
