Read moreFounded in 2015 by eight milk producers, it was with the help of local authorities that the cheese dairy moved into a traditional "Graber" farmhouse, i.e. built by Mennonite monks (the same ones who created the Montbéliarde breed in the 18th century). The production of these cheeses is a traditional know-how that has been preserved for many years! The cheese store is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm, and Sunday, 10am to 12pm.
